Trust Director - Geneva - Switzerland - Geneva

Our client, a leading international fiduciary services firm with offices in Geneva, Jersey and London, is seeking a senior level experienced TEP to serve as Director in their Geneva office. Responsibilities will include, Board membership; taking a leading role in new business development/origination; recruitment, development and management of a team of trust personnel; dealing with a complex portfolio of clients/structures (entities); technical guidance to staff; overall responsibility for the management and development of the staff within the firm; Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the firm. A minimum of 10 years experience and a STEP qualification in addition to French language skills is required for this high profile position. Excellent compensation package is on offer to the successful applicant.
