Senior compliance officer - Zurich - Switzerland - Zurich

Our client, a growing private bank with offices worldwide, is seeking an experienced compliance officer to join the team in Zurich. Responsibilities: Maintain corporate governance in respect of foreign regulatory licences Fulfil quarterly reporting duties to Group Compliance and the local board Employee training and competence Review and approval of asset management-related publications, fact sheets and presentations Review and approval of new products such as hedge funds and collective investment schemes Review of risk warnings and disclaimers Management of outsourcing agreements and service level agreements The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience in a similar position within a financial environment, and excellent knowledge of Swiss and international banking law and regulations. He/she will be extremely reliable, with excellent analytical skills. A committed personality with a proactive and can-do attitude is essential to the post, and candidates must speak fluent English, while German would be a valuable asset.
