Funds Director
A well established financial services company are in the process of establishing a fund management arm to operate alongside their Guernsey fiduciary and accountancy practice. There is an existing pipeline of private equity clients already secured and the successful individual will be required to manage this business whilst at the same time using this as a platform to further expand the client portfolio
Candidates should have a strong background in funds, ideally with a focus on private equity and possess the necessary technical and company secretarial knowledge to effectively manage the operational element locally. They should also possess the necessary drive and ambition to grow the business. An authorised signatory who is already on the GFSC radar is preferred. Only Guernsey based candidates with local residential qualifications will be considered at this time.
