Trusts Manager
Based in Thames Valley region, this vibrant and exciting professional services firm has acquired a reputation for the quality of its client delivery and advice.
Reporting to the head of the trust group, you will be responsible for delivering a premium service to trustees, to manage a portfolio of client trusts, and to provide family office-type administrative services. These can range from a full service that includes trust management, review of accounts and preparation of tax returns to dealing with an array of complex technical issues and client situations.
Your responsibilities in this role will include: daily management of a range of trusts and maintaining records to a high standard; responding to queries from trustees and colleagues regarding trust management, taxation and accounting; completion of trustees' annual tax returns; delivery to HM Revenue and Customs and arranging payment of tax by statutory deadlines; providing family office services such as administrative matters and collation of information for report preparation; and arranging trustees' meetings, taking accurate minutes and dealing with special work.
You will possess an accountancy qualification (i.e. ATT/CTA/ACCA/ACA) and/or be a member of STEP.
