Born in Guernsey and educated on the island and in Wales, Mike has ten years' experience of working in offshore financial recruitment, beginning his career with a Guernsey-based recruitment firm in 1997. Following a year of extensive global travel, Mike returned to Guernsey and established himself as one of the island's leading landscape photographers. Prior to joining AP Executive he worked in human resources, recruiting in-house for one of the island's largest financial organisations. Mike specialises in senior-level placements for the finance industry in Guernsey, Isle of Man and Malta.
