Paul Avon, Director

Educated at Skinners' Grammar School in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and Sheffield University, Paul trained as an accountant with Price Waterhouse before entering the recruitment industry. He has in excess of ten years' recruitment experience primarily in the financial and legal markets acquired both in the UK and Australia, the bulk of which has been with Harrison Willis (now Hudson) where he was a Director. Within Hudson he led a variety of businesses including Commerce & Industry, Banking and Sales & Marketing.

During  his  time at Harrison Willis, he participated in an MBO prior to a full public listing and established the business from scratch in Australia. Paul now leads AP Executive in London and specialises in senior roles within the private wealth arena.

Isabelle Music, Consultant

Isabelle is a graduate from the Assas-Paris II University of Law where she specialised in Civil and Employment Law. She started her career as an in-house lawyer and worked then for several French legal boutiques in Paris. In 2006 Isabelle started her career in legal recruitment in London. She has significant expertise in working with international firms in the European market and now at AP Executive focusing on the recruitment of senior lawyers in the UK. She has undertaken many senior level assignments across a wide range of practice areas. She speaks fluent French and English.
