Originally from Belgium, Els gained much of her international recruitment experience at a large consultancy firm in the Netherlands, where she became a branch manager, before moving to Jersey.
As a Chartered Member and Fellow of the CIPD, she also has experience in HR, gained during her time with a leading Jersey financial services firm. As manager for the Jersey AP Executive team, she deals with international executive-level recruitment mandates in Jersey and abroad.

Claire Hopkinson, Manager

Claire was born and educated in Jersey, after which she completed a degree in media and communications. Claire’s past experience was in advertising sales before moving into the commercial sector of recruitment for AP Group in Jersey.  Claire relocated to London to our London office and after two years has returned to the island and has a main focus of placing professionals in the Caribbean and Jersey.

Jennifer Neuschaffer, Executive Consultant

Jen was born and educated in Jersey before completing her degree in Psychology at Swansea University. With previous experience in the Cayman Islands, Jen’s international background and understanding of the offshore environment uniquely positions her to advise AP Executive’s candidates and clients. Jen specialises in placements within the financial and professional services markets in Jersey and the Caribbean. A dynamic person outside of work hours, Jen is a qualified snowboard instructor and PADI Dive Master in addition to being an active volunteer for charities Actionaid and Amnesty International.
