AP Group’s Global Recruitment Partners - STEP and CISI
AP Group has agreements with the Chartered Institue for Securities and Investment (CISI) and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as a global recruitment partner. With six offices around the world and dealing in more than 40 jurisdictions, the group is ideally equipped to help both of these large organisations to find key staff, as well as advising members of opportunities across the globe.

AP Group chief executive Gina Le Prevost explained how the arrangement works. ’We provide our global service to the CISI, and members can browse all our vacancies at their leisure by logging onto
www.cisi.org and clicking the AP Group link instead of trawling through all the website job boards currently in existence,’ she said. ’Likewise, if a company has an important role to fill and there is no-one on the doorstep, we’ll look further afield and keep looking until we find suitable individuals from whom they can draw up a shortlist.’
The success of a similar partnership with STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, paved the way for the CISI link. The relationship came as a direct response to the numerous enquiries that STEP had received from its members and student members looking for new positions and from various organisations looking to recruit. AP Executive became the offshore recruitment partner for the society.
