After joining AP Group in early 2005, following five years spent in banking, Steve started his recruitment career in the finance sector. Since then, Steve has developed his industry and market knowledge by taking on full responsibility for AP Personnel’s finance and commercial business in the Channel Islands. Steve has also gained the REC Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice. Whilst still maintaining day-to-day oversight of the AP Personnel business, Steve also works on the AP Executive team where he is responsible for senior level hires across financial and legal services in Guernsey.

Mike Bonsall, Executive Consultant
Born in Guernsey and educated on the island and in Wales, Mike has ten years’ experience of working in offshore financial recruitment, beginning his career with a Guernsey-based recruitment firm in 1997. Following a year of extensive global travel, Mike returned to Guernsey and established himself as one of the island’s leading landscape photographers. Prior to joining AP Executive he worked in human resources, recruiting in-house for one of the island’s largest financial organisations. Mike specialises in senior-level placements for the finance industry in Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
