Based in London, Nick Careless is responsible for AP Executive’s offices in London, Guernsey and Jersey. He has oversight of the UK market onshore and offshore, Europe, the Caribbean, the Americas, the GCC and Asia-Pacific regions. Since graduating from Manchester University with a degree in modern languages, Nick’s career in both investment banking and executive recruitment has taken him to Hong Kong, London and New York. Nick has established strong client relationships globally and has extensive experience working with legal and financial professionals covering a range of senior international appointments in the wealth management industry.

Clive Horne, Executive Consultant

Working out of AP Executive’s London office, Clive is responsible for placements in financial and professional services in the Isle of Man and London markets in addition to the placement of qualified professionals into public accountancy practices worldwide. With fifteen years experience in recruitment, Clive has a unique network and is well-versed in all aspects of the recruitment cycle across a range of disciplines and markets. Prior to his career in recruitment, Clive spent 3 years working in sports PR and marketing in the US.
