Gina Le Prevost, CEO founded AP Group in 1990. Her early success included being named the first female president of the Young Businessmen’s Group for the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce. After developing successful professional relationships with many major organisations, including STEP and the CISI, AP Executive, the executive recruitment division of AP Group, is now one of the leading independently owned recruitment consultancies in the world. Gina is also a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Practitioners and a professionally qualified recruiter. Gina works from the Geneva office and is presently focusing on recruiting for clients in the Swiss wealth management market as well globally promoting and networking the AP Group brand.

Anicet Tanghe, Consultant
After gaining previous experience as a strategy consultant with a Big four accountancy/consultancy firm in Dubai, Anicet joined AP Executive in 2009. Bringing with him an impressive list of contacts from blue chip organisations in Geneva, Anicet is now the frim’s dedicated consultant for Switzerland and Luxembourg. His focus is mainly on servicing the needs of clients and candidates in the Wealth Management and Accountancy industries. As well as being a native French speaker, Anicet is fluent in English and holds degrees in Human Sciences & Geopolitics and an MSc in European Business.

Mikkel Bjerre-Poulsen, Consultant
Mikkel is a specialist IT recruiter, with seven years experience. Born and educated in Denmark, he has worked in recruitment for most of his career. Mikkel moved to Geneva this year from Denmark where he was working for an IT recruitment company. Complementing the IT recruiters based in Channel Islands and Cyprus, Mikkel oversees all IT and Telecoms recruitment in Switzerland and Benelux, as well as selected wealth management roles in Benelux too. He speaks fluent English, Scandinavian languages, German and some French.
