We will use our best efforts to ensure that information submitted to us remains private, and is used only for the purposes for which they are reasonably intended. All information that is no longer needed is deleted.
General Information Disclosure.
We will not disclose information about your individual visits to
this website or any personal information that you provide, such as
name, address, e-mail address, telephone number etc. to any outside
parties, except where we believe the law requires it. We may
however, share information with other members of the AP Group in
any of the locations worldwide where we are represented. The AP
Group includes: AP Personnel, AP Executive, AP Commercial, AP
Technical and AP Courses. We may at times also use your information
to contact you directly regarding new opportunities we have that
you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive such
information, please email siteadministration@ap-executive.com
Right of Access
If at anytime you require to view the personal data we hold on you,
please contact us in writing (no emails accepted) to our Guernsey
office (see contact us page for the address) with details of the
information required, sufficient identification information and GBP
£10 to cover the fee. We will respond to you in 60 calendar
days.
Accurate & Up-to-date Data
If you wish to update the personal data that we currently hold on
you, please email us at siteadministration@ap-executive.com
with your new details.

express permission. AP Executive does not provide specific Terms
and Conditions relating to the placement or use of information
provided by candidates or potential candidates but is governed by
the laws in the Channel Islands as applicable from time to time and
currently in force.
