The role

The Client Services team is responsible for the Company Secretarial and administrative components of client service delivery across a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate private client structures.

Reporting to the Director, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of client relationships and deliverables, acting as the principal point of contact and escalation for operational activity and workflow management.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead on all aspects of day-to-day operations and transactional client service delivery
  • Oversee and manage a small team, ensuring clarity of priorities and consistent delivery against team and organisational goals
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring best practice and consistent, high-quality service delivery across jurisdictions
  • Champion and drive operational development initiatives and business transformation projects, leading the team effectively through change

Candidate profile

  • Strong academic background with an appropriate professional qualification (CGI, ICSA or equivalent)
  • Well-established, relevant experience with sound technical knowledge of UK corporate legislation and regulation
  • Demonstrable experience managing effective, engaged teams and fostering an environment where people are motivated to meet shared goals
  • Ability to apply commercial insight to improve client-specific provision and advance the wider organisation
  • Confidence and discretion in managing conflict situations
  • Right to work in UK is essential
