A well established independent trust company specialising in private clients management are looking for an experienced business development director for its Guernsey office.
The role will be to manage and develop new and existing clients focusing on the provision of trusts, investment holdings and operating companies. You will also be acting as a manager to clients' companies. Manage and deliver the objectives to ensure clients' companies financial objectives.
Reporting to the Board, as business development director additional responsibilities will include performing duties in accordance with the terms of legal documents, the law, the regulations of the GFSC and the company's policies and procedures.
Frequent business travel is an essential aspect of the role, primarily to visit clients and intermediaries. To be eligible for this role you must have gained a minimum of 8 years plus business development experience working for a trust or fiduciary business. BSc degree or equivalent work experience relating to strategic analysis and marketing is preferred.
