We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced business development director to join a highly reputed offshore institution based in Singapore. As a business development specialist, you will report to external stakeholders and collaborate with the marketing, legal, and technical departments. The role will be marketing the services of our client to businesses based in the Asian countries. You will be required to travel frequently especially to Malaysia and Indonesia to develop business and to promote investment opportunities in the targeted geographical area.
With demonstrable commercial acumen and experience in developing a strong business network, the successful candidate will have a hands-on role in all business communications consistent to a unique brand and identity.
To be eligible for this role you must have a deep knowledge of Islamic finance and the relevant professional qualifications in private wealth management. The ability to work alone, be self-motivated and act as an ambassador whilst maintaining communications with regulatory officials is paramount. Our client is offering an attractive remuneration package that will commensurate with a minimum of 5 years financial industry experience.
