An international provider of corporate fiduciary company specialising in funds, wealth planning, Pensions and incentives are looking to hire a business development manager for its Luxembourg office.
This key role is to be responsible for expanding the footprint in the market. Winning new business and servicing new and existing clients as the business further grows. This will encompass all client servicing aspects from prospecting, on-boarding new clients, follow up on opportunities with existing clients and ensuring client, entity and investor files are up to date and compliant. Managing regular communications regarding holding data and product updates. The successful candidate will liaise with the wider global business development team, working particular closely with the Global Head of Funds. Focusing on the development and growth of a portfolio of fund clients ensuring all statutory records and company registers are maintained, ensuring any relevant filings are made within deadlines. To be eligible for this job you must have significant fund industry experience. Working with Institutional Investors, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Corporates and High Net Worth clients on complex structures of all types within the Regulated and Unregulated/ Registered funds. It is expected you will hold a relevant professional qualification such as LL.M., ACCA, STEP or ICSA or similar, and to be educated to degree standards, or equivalent. Fluent in English and an understanding of other languages is desirable.
