A leading independent fund, corporate and private client services company is looking to recruit a Customer Due Diligence Manager, on their Investor Services team in Jersey.
You will take responsibility for the management of, and technical support to, a team of CDD administrators that provides a dedicated and professional support to the Groups client-facing administration teams with the collation, processing and administration of investor CDD to ensure the smooth operation of professional and high-quality service.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years relevant CDD on-boarding experience or funds/trust and company administration experience, preferably with a professional level qualification such as ICSA or similar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical funds and trust structure knowledge and a good understanding of local regulatory requirements, proven people management skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff, Strong IT skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
