Are you a qualified accountant with a sound working knowledge in compliance? Would you like a job that combines accounting and compliance in one role? A global corporate fiduciary services company is seeking a competent accountant to undertake client accounting and compliance responsibilities in Singapore.
You will be managing a team of accounting professionals and reviewing their work. Other duties will include the preparation of financial statements and working papers for trusts and companies and accounting reports. Liaising with auditors and tax advisers, overseeing general ledgers, bank and custody account reconciliations, processing journals and undertaking client reviews. You will also handle quarterly GST returns, payment processing, payroll processing and CPF submission. Participate in ad-hoc assignments/projects as and when required. Other responsibilities will be compliance related.
Suitable individuals will be 3 plus years experienced in accountancy, ideally with an CPA or ACA/ACCA qualifications and compliance knowledge. Big 4 experience will be a major plus.
