On behalf of a long-established fiduciary business in the Channel Islands with an international presence, we are looking for an experienced relationship director to join the team in Guernsey.
This is senior role and will involve maintaining and developing a portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and partnerships. Candidates with an existing book of business able to be onboarded will be desirable but not essential. More important is for the role-holder to be able to hit the ground running. To this end the candidate should have at least 10 years experience in a similar role, preferably in Guernsey. A professional recognised qualification such as STEP or ICSA will be expected
Consideration will be given ex-pats wishing to return to Guernsey, as will professionals from other similar jurisdictions with experience of working in or with Guernsey companies. A licence to live and work in Guernsey will be, therefore, available for these candidates
Applicants should have been operating at board level in a previous role and able to act as an "A" signatory to the company and subsidiaries. Be part of the senior global group in directing and forming marketing initiatives to enhance the company's global presence. There will be a need to travel with the role from time to time, particularly to the UK.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and potential onboarding of new business .An attractive package will be available .
