A leading bank and wealth management company with a significant presence in Guernsey is looking for a client service manager. This role will involve leading two specialist teams who provide specialist services to their private, corporate and trust clients.

The main duties include managing the daily activities of the teams, and providing support to relationship managers. Applicants must be team leaders and also be pro-active in developing new income streams. The client's new digital offerings will be at the forefront in maintaining existing and creating new client expectations.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years experience in a banking or wealth management environment . Experience in CRS and FATCA reporting would be benefit. A professional banking qualification such as IOB Diploma is preferable. A general all round knowledge of all banking skill-sets such as private clients and corporate banking , custody, securities , FX and money markets .
