An international and highly dynamic Bank is looking to hire a chief operations officer (COO) to play a key role in the continued commercial success of the group. The bank has a strong track record and is well established with a 50+ year history of servicing both corporate and private clients. The bank is very entrepreneurial and boasts a range of unique products to make the client experience much more streamlined and efficient than usual. The bank has truly embraced modern technology, and is a driving force in offering crypto currency trading services in a fully regulated environment.
The COO will be responsible for all aspects of operations, custody, accounting, performance, budgeting, technology, and risk management. A successful candidate will reduce the bank's operations risk and enforce compliance by leading strategic business plans. Managing various IT initiatives and improving reporting and servicing quality is key to driving revenue growth at the bank.
To be considered for this position, you will have a first-class professional and academic background with extensive experience in a similar position in an international environment. You will have strong all-round knowledge of the full suite of investment types, and any professional qualifications are viewed very favourably.
