A fantastic opportunity for an experienced fund accountant to work for a global fund services company based in prestigious offices in Dublin. Our client are looking to hire an associate vice president (AVP) who is specialising in private equity fund accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after a full spectrum of clients' fund administration. Be an integral part of the fund accounting team, delivering exceptional services for complex fund structures. The role also involves managing a regular set of deliveries such as cash and portfolio reconciliations, income and expense accruals and maintaining the general ledger and various sub-ledgers. You will also manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables (SLAs).
To be suitable for this interesting role, you must have at least 7 years experience working in private equity or fund accounting. Be a graduate with a degree (2.1 and above) in finance or accounting is essential. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of finance and hedge funds.
