Our client is a growing independently owned fiduciary, corporate and fund administration service provider. On their behalf we are looking for a person to head their human resources function across multiple jurisdictions. This role can be based in Jersey or Guernsey.
The role-holder will need to take responsibility for the group's overall employment proposition. Be able to set strategic goals to achieve employee satisfaction and loyalty will be a key part of the company's aims. To this end the employment process must be smooth with effective timely recruitment processes and onboarding.
All HR transactional and internal processes, documentation records and data must be compliant with all group and regulatory requirements across various operational jurisdictions.
The role-holder will be the team leader of a small HR function and be able to offer motivational line management. Staff training, advice and support will be expected as an important part of the role.
Applicants should have significant demonstrable experience in HR leadership with relevant industry qualifications. Experience from within a financial services environment would be preferable but not essential. Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes in multiple jurisdictions is essential.
