One of Guernsey's longest established and respected Trust companies are seeking an exceptional individual to take control as their head of operations.
Applicants should have significant experience of the trust industry and have relevant demonstrable leadership credentials at both managerial and, latterly at board level.
As the centre head you will be responsible for forming and guiding the company in all strategic initiatives, governance, global projects and regulatory matters. An excellent communicator you will be responsible for your team's relationship building with clients, external and internal stakeholders both locally and globally. You will also be the main point of contact for the local regulator, auditors and all important stakeholders on a wide variety
of topics.
The Trust company is an integral part of a global enterprise which deals in a wide range of financial services. As Guernsey Head you will part of a global and collaborative team and there will be a need for interaction and exposure to your global colleagues and clients, which will require travel from time to time.
This is a diverse and melt-faceted role requiring an exceptional individual. As such the remuneration package available will reflect this.
Although it is hoped that the right person can be found within the Bailiwick, applicants from further afield, albeit with prior experience of the offshore trust and regulatory environment, may be considered.
