Applicants should be based in Guernsey and have had a minimum of ten years experience in the finance sector as an accountant or financial controller. Good leadership skills with experience of team management will be essential.
As part of small and collaborative team, the role-holder will need to be able to multi-task, develop a maintain relationships with colleagues and external stake-holders. Strong academic achievements will be expected to support this senior role
