Our client, a multinational investment management firm founded in the 1980's specialising in global investment and technology development is seeking a thoughtful and proactive human resources generalist to join its Human Capital team. THe role is to manage, drive, and streamline core process and initiatives in its London office. This position affords the opportunity to learn from an experienced team of professionals in an inclusive and collegial working environment.
You will be responsible for executing onboarding and departure processes and generating staffing-related agreements and contracts.
Oversee Workday software processes, collaborate with the Legal & Compliance team on regulatory requirements, influence policy development, and partner with internal and external counsel to keep the employee handbook current
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar is required, as is a demonstrated record of professional achievement. Problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Applicants should have excellent project management abilities, keen facility skills, and an impeccable judgment and attention to detail.
