The role offers you the opportunity to utilise your technical skills in the exciting world of private banking. This job allows you to work closely with a range of stakeholders in the day to day support as well as strategic projects.
With the expansion of our client's office in Geneva, they are seeking an IT Coordinator with demonstrated skills and relevant IT industry experience. The company provides High Net Worth individuals and families with investment solutions with a focus on sustainability.
The position requires an applicant with a breath of experience in banking technology, preferably with a blend of operations and projects.
Duties will include assisting in IT projects and operations management. Solving incident requests by opening and following-up tickets with vendors. Maintaining and reviewing IT inventory of the bank. End User environment support (ie PC, Monitor, Printer etc)
The successful candidate will work on a range of tasks requiring an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and their requirements concurrently. Communication skills are important, fluency in English is a must, French would be an added advantage.
