An international Bank is looking to bring in a Junior Product Manager to a highly collaborative and high performing team. The Bank provides first-rate services to a mix of private individuals and financial intermediaries across multiple financial centres around the world. The bank has an excellent reputation and has a highly entrepreneurial, client-centric approach to business.
The position sits at a group level and works with colleagues around the business to ensure that the 100+ Products are all a commercial success and fit within the guidelines of all relevant regulatory bodies (FINMA, FMA etc.). The team is 8 people strong and a highly collaborative approach to their work with a strong team spirit, and each member works on a portfolio of Products across the whole spectrum of the Bank's offerings. Successful candidates will be working closely with a dynamic and high performing team leader, and will be able to learn a huge amount from a highly knowledgeable team.
In order to be considered for this position candidates must be a fluent English and German speaker, with a strong all-round knowledge of international banking products, including Treasury. Strong project management skills are a must, alongside strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Avaloq/SAP knowledge is particularly desirable). Candidates will be well educated with relevant professional experience, and have a strong work ethic with an engaging personality.
