Our client is a family boutique trust office with a focus on real estate and private clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to strengthen their team in Zug.
The main duty of this role will be property management, which includes a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This will encompass filling vacant units and handling maintenance requests, flat inspections and flat handovers, and coordinating renovations and obtaining quotations.
The successful applicant will also have accounting responsibilities - preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements and checking accounts payable invoices.
To be suitable for this role you need to have at least 3 years experience, ideally in Real Estate Treuhand, management of rental properties and accounting. Good user knowledge of MS Office and ImmoTop are expected. Applicants must be fluent in German and English.
