Our client, a leading offshore law firm, seeks an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their market leading Corporate, Finance & Funds team.
You will be a confident and highly skilled lawyer who will become trusted advisor to a wide range of corporate and commercial clients. This is a broad and challenging role, requiring the ability to advise and manage complex cross-border transactions and advice, to be innovative and creative, and to be able to work both independently and within a cooperative team environment.
The successful candidate will also take an active role in the business development and marketing of the department, and support and participate generally in the continued growth of the department.
This represents a huge opportunity for the right candidate, with strong academics and at least 5 years PQE to define their career and thrive in a highly desirable working environment.
