A global fiduciary company working with private and corporate clients in trust and funds are looking to hire a senior associate for its client services department in its Dubai office.
This role involves acting as a key senior associate within the client services team working on both institutional and corporate client clients.
You will liaise with key clients and intermediaries on a variety of transactions and day to day matters, drafting company minutes, trustee resolutions and managing standard correspondence as typically expected in a high paced fiduciary environment. Your role will include being actively involved with the running of an employee workplace savings plan.
Maintain client records, conducting annual reviews and assisting where required to ensure clients' are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. You will act as a key support to the client services team with potential to manage other associates as the grow.
Developing a deep understanding of employee benefit trust and pension schemes. Assist in take-on of clients, onboarding, system setups. Take ownership of client relationships, from setup through to ongoing management.
The successful candidate will need experience in a similar role within trust and corporate services. Hold or are working towards a relevant industry qualification such as STEP or ICSA. Middle Eastern experience would be valuable, particularly within the DIFC or ADGM. Arabic Language would be a plus but not a necessity.
