Our Channel Islands head-quartered client is a global financial services company. Specialist areas include fund administration, private wealth, corporate and yacht services. For their Jersey operation we are looking to help fill the role of senior corporate and fund accountant.
Applicants should be fully qualified accountants with a minimum of five years PQE.
Skills required include the preparation of complex financial statements for corporate clients and investment funds. Good knowledge of fund structures and general fund administration will be essential.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of VAT, UK and Jersey taxation requirements relating to Jersey companies and trusts. Experience in reconciling third party valuations relating to investment portfolios and fund NAVs
