An international Private Bank is looking to add an experienced and diligent Senior Credit Officer to their growing team. The Bank has a truly global presence with operations in multiple jurisdictions in every corner of the world, and prides itself on a unique and client-centric approach to providing excellent service in both private banking and asset management. The Bank has enjoyed many successful years and has a very strong financial footprint and loan book, and is now in an excellent position to grow its high performing credit function.
In this Senior position, the successful candidate will manage a large and varied loan portfolio whilst working closely with the front office/relationship managers to ensure a first-class and seamless service. You will be the subject matter expert on all complex transactions, engaging with all relevant stakeholders (including compliance etc.) to ensure that all loans fit within the risk parameters of the bank.
In order to apply for this position, candidates will have a strong educational background (Bachelors degree minimum) within a relevant subject (Mathematics/Economics etc.) with significant professional experience. You will have strong technical knowledge of complex transactions (Lombard/mortgages etc.) and have worked within an international environment previously. You will have experience in working with a variety of stakeholders (both internal and external) and have first-class communication skills, both verbal and written, in English with further languages looked upon favourably.
