Our client is a well regarded global financial services company with a growing footprint in multiple jurisdictions. On their behalf we are looking for an experienced risk and compliance professional at a senior managerial level to be based intheir Jersey office reporting to the centre head of compliance.
The successful applicant will be expected to make a significant contribution to the Jersey compliance function and lead innovation and maintainhigh standards in all regulatory areas.
For this senior position candidates should have at least ten years prior experience in a regulatory financial services position with five years in a managerial position. Previousexperience of holding a prescribed position will be essential. A general all-round knowledge of private wealth, fund administration and corporate pensions will be advantageous. A professional qualification such as ICA diploma will be expected.
Only applicants with a right to live and work in Jersey will be considered at this time or someone who has worked with the local regulator previously and is looking to return to Jersey.
