Our client is a privately owned financial services company with a growing global footprint. With a growing and diverse global workforce they are looking to fill the role of senior human resources and communications manager. This role is open to candidates in either Guernsey or Jersey.
The role forms part of the people and culture team and is responsible for engaging with and developing the group’s global internal and cultural initiatives. It helps turn engagement strategy into excellent employee relations and enhancement of an employee's life-cycle.
Applicants should come from an HR, communications background, preferably within a global financial services company
