Our award-winning, independently owned client has a vacancy for a Trust Manager who will be an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring excellent client service, in line with ongoing requirements & the standards required. You will be solution-orientated & work highly collaboratively with the client directors, peers & administrators to share expertise & capacity.
The key responsibilities for the role are proactive entity management & maintenance. Delivery of client work with the expected standards, excellent communication skills with clients & 3rd parties whether verbal or written, demonstrating technical awareness & cultural affinity as appropriate. Support highly effective fiduciary decision making through preparation of comprehensive & considered case input for discussion at Group meetings. Reviews & Workflows addressing issues as required. Mentoring & knowledge share with more junior members of the team.
The candidate will hold a professional qualification such as ICSA, STEP, ACCA or Legal. 7 - 10 years' experience in dealing with HNW international clients. Proven ability in managing complex international fiduciary structures along with an understanding of the issues facing HNW families & their structures. Experience in working with related industry professionals, with a full understanding of local trust & Co legislation & regulatory requirements. A good understanding of investments, property & other asset classes.
You will have highly effective & adaptive interpersonal skills, be a collaborative team player, have a strong awareness of KYC, AML, CFT & GDPR requirements. Good knowledge of working with NavOne and Doc management principles plus MS Office
