A leading corporate & private client services company is looking to recruit a Trust Manager to join its Private Client team.

The post holder for this role will be responsible for the management & development of a varied portfolio of Trusts & companies of Intl HNW individuals. You will oversee the administration team & provide support & assistance to include training & appraisals & encourage junior members of the team to understand the business ethos of excellence.
Nurture client & intermediary relationships. Review account files prepared by the administration team. Liaise with tax advisors, investment advisors & external auditors as required. Management of team's fees to ensure billing is completed accurately in accordance with client contracts, this will include completing fee reviews. Review board meeting packs to ensure complete & accurate, attending at board meetings & committee meetings.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years relevant experience in a Trust & Company environment & a professional level qualification such as ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW. The ideal candidate will have advanced accounting & exceptional administration skills. Experience and understanding of general UK tax principles. Tact, diplomacy & confidentiality is essential. Proactive, very close attention to detail.
