A leading international fiduciary company require an experienced senior compliance and risk expert to be based in its Geneva office. This director level role encompasses all compliance and risk assessment duties with direct reporting to the Board Members.

This interesting role will oversee a team and be dealing with all compliance, AML and sanctions matters. Supervise internal and external audit processes as well as implement and supervise IT tools for AML support.

To be suitable for this role you will have gained a minimum of 10 years proven experience working closely with regulatory bodies like FINMA. Reporting on all matters relating to AML regulations, risk management, internal control, and audit functions within the financial services industry requirements. Fluency in English, French and German would be a great asset but not essential. A finance, accounting or legal educational background with professional certifications in (FRM, CFA, CISA) will be advantageous.

We can only consider applicants who are currently based in Switzerland and are in a similar role ideally working for a trust or fiduciary organisation.
