A unique and interesting role for a qualified contracts lawyer or business specialist in the Cayman Islands. AP Executive is looking for a senior documentation and contract negotiation specialist for our client who specialises in investment, innovation and industries in the Cayman Islands.
The individual will be primarily responsible for the negotiation and administration of contracts for a global investment portfolio. You will also be responsible for account on-boarding including KYC and acting as a corporate liaison on client account information and maintenance enquiries. This is a senior position and requires familiarity with a wide range of investment products and the proven ability to productively engage with legal counsel, banks, custodians, brokers and traders.
The main responsibilities will include documentation, contract negotiation and operational work.
A Finance, Law or Business related degree or equivalent is required, in addition to a legal qualification and/or appropriate experience in dealing with contractual matters for third party providers.
A minimum of 8 year's experience negotiating and analysing legal documents in an investment environment and proven management experience.
