Working for a well-established private bank in Geneva, this role is ideally suited to a senior Human Resources professional who is very well established in dealing with 360-degree HR functions and procedures.
This interesting senior level role will encompass dealing with internal and external HR related matters relating to service level agreements (SLA’s), international HR manpower planning, recruitment processes, staff training and development planning. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all departments of the bank and staff. Ensure the bank’s goals and objectives are achieved as well as keeping in line with budgetary financial and non-financial performances. Be responsible for payroll activities and co-ordinate internal and external advertising for vacancies. Advise all hiring managers of candidates’ suitability and current salary packages, benchmarking and relevant job market information.
Deal with sensitive HR matters pertaining to staff support and guidance as well as any grievance and disciplinary procedures.
Be responsible for any support and coaching to line managers regarding conducting performance appraisals and reviews with their staff. Ensure that all relevant management and staff are kept up to date with any employment legislation including data protection and GDPR matters.
