A well established international trust company with a presence in the German speaking part of Switzerland are looking for a trust officer / senior trust officer in either Zug or Luzern.
The day to day responsibilities will be to undertake administration including letter writing and liaison by telephone with the clients, stockbrokers and banks. Daily communication both with client’s head office and with client’s network of associates. Dealing almost exclusively with trusts. Formation of companies in other jurisdictions. Proceeding with required changes in existing companies.
To be suitable for this role you must have gained a good education background either in legal or corporate governance with 3 to 5 years of experience in the trusts industry. Ideally STEP qualified or a similar qualification like ICSA or SATC or willing to undertake a qualification. Excellent command of English and Swiss German or High German. The ability to work within a team and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Possess exceptional organisations skills, and be methodical and punctual. Ability to Learn and adapt quickly.
