Our client, a provider of offshore legal, fiduciary, and administration services seeks the expertise of an Operations Director to be based in their Bermuda office.
The director of operations will play a vital role in overseeing and optimising the operational functions within the company. The successful individual will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day activities, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities include leadership, process optimisation, client relationship management, compliance and team management and staff development. The necessary qualifications required are a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or ACA) and at least 7 year's experience in a similar senior role. A qualification in risk management or a quantitative related field is highly desirable.
This position would suit candidates already in a management position in a client operations role from an insurance manager, reinsurance, audit, consulting or fiduciary companies.
Excellent leadership, management, communication and organisational skills with a track record of driving operational excellence. Our client will consider applications from candidates who are looking to live and work in the unique island of Bermuda. A work permit and relocation package is on offer.
