An independent legal and fiduciary practice based in the Principality of Monaco is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable trust and corporate manager to help develop and manage its trust and corporate services offering. Duties will include relationship management with underlying clients and liaising with their professional advisers, advising on the establishment of trusts, foundations and other legal structures and administering these structures, and assisting with business development including networking and selective marketing. Keeping up to date on the latest UK and offshore legislation is required. The successful candidate will have the STEP or ICSA qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in trusts or corporate services. In depth knowledge of FATCA, CRS, ECOSUB and AML is essential. Candidates must hold an EU passport. Remuneration will be competitive and based on experience.
