Don joined AP Executive in September 2020 and covers executive search and recruitment services across London, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. Specialising in Fintech and Wealth Management, Don brings a wealth of experience and passion to the table.
Don gained a Bachelor's degree in Sport Psychology from Canterbury, Kent, in 2010. His educational background has not only shaped his analytical mindset but also instilled in him a strong work ethic.
With three years of recruitment experience under his belt prior to joining AP Executive, Don has previously predominantly focused on Accounting and Finance, extending his expertise to Internal Audit.
Beyond his professional achievements, Don was the captain of his University Rugby 1st XV, he transitioned to playing at a national level. In addition to conquering the 'Ride 100,' a 100-mile charity bike ride around London, Don successfully completed an Olympic distance triathlon. In the realm of hobbies, Don's passion for rugby remains unwavering, even as he transitions from player to coach. Having recently taken up road cycling and triathlons, he completed his first Olympic distance triathlon in the summer of 2019 and now has a half ironman and a 10km open water swim on his ambitious 'to-do' list.
