Certain foreign investors may qualify for the E-2 Treaty Investor visa. The route is available to qualifying nationals of treaty countries who make a substantial investment in a genuine US enterprise and meet the relevant eligibility criteria.

The E-2 category may also apply to certain executives, supervisors or employees with essential skills working for a qualifying treaty enterprise. Eligibility depends on nationality, the ownership and structure of the business, the level of investment and the individual circumstances of the applicant.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYEES WISHING TO RELOCATE
