Steve Kail is working as part of the AP Executive team based in Guernsey office. In June 2021, Steve joined AP Executive, bringing a wealth of experience to recruitment services in Guernsey and Jersey, with a focus on Wealth Management. Originally from England, Steve has spent the majority of his professional life domiciled and working in Guernsey.
Steve received his primary education at St Saviours School in Guernsey, progressing to Elizabeth College for secondary education. With a distinguished background, Steve previously owned Channel Islands Money Brokers (CIMBL), a well-known Money Broker in the Channel Islands for several years.
Steve has travelled the globe extensively and is proficient in French and Spanish.
Beyond the professional field, Steve is a sports enthusiast. Although he once participated in rugby, he now actively engages in cricket and golf. Steve played a pivotal role in the Guernsey Rovers Minis football section, taking on coaching responsibilities. As a certified football coach and referee, Steve continues to make meaningful contributions to the sporting community.

I consider myself lucky to have had a long career in the international financial services industry whilst mostly being based in Guernsey.
