An independent specialists in trust, corporate and fund services are seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager or Manager to join their Trust and Company team.
The successful candidate will actively administer a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures containing properties, investments, image rights amongst other asset classes, ensuring that the client’s needs are met. You will help with the supervision and mentoring of other trainees and trust administrators, identifying training requirements and organising appropriate CPD. You will support administrators too.
You will have strong attention to detail. Strong time management and organisation skills including people management or supervisory skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, intermediaries and colleagues. Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within the guidelines. Ability to lead and work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
Relationship building skills are required, as well as high level of education plus the STEP or ICSA (or similar) qualification. You will have a minimum of six years trust and company administration experience, with supervisory ability.
