A leading independent trust office in Geneva is currently seeking to appoint an assistant to support the trust officers. The role will involve administering day to day activities of relevant structures in line with regulatory requirements and operational standards, deal with payments and resolutions and to act 50% as a receptionist.
Suitable candidates are expected to have sound academic background, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. The incumbent would have the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment and must be self-motivated and a team player.
