A top tier law firm in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an associate for its Corporate department. If you have 3 to 6 years PQE in commercial contract drafting, governance processes and policies, advisory on corporate establishments and restructuring, due diligence, M&A and JV projects.
You must be based in UAE already. UAE and regional experience is preferred, however applicants looking to relocate to UAE will be considered.
