An excellent opportunity for a UK qualified lawyer with (0-2 years PQE) to work for an award winning and leading law firm in Jersey, Channel Islands. Working alongside senior associates and partners in the private clients division, you will be a Common Law qualified Associate having experience in specialist trusts and foundations. The role is related to providing corporate law advice to individuals and institutional clients, estate planning and wills (including applications for clients for grants of probate and Letters of Administration). Regulatory advice as well as advice in respect of employee incentive structures. Our client will consider applicants looking to live and work in Jersey and will provide a work licence.
